Hilary Marshall is an accredited psychotherapist.
She has spent over 9 years working in residential and community programmes, helping people
with addictive patterns of behaviour in therapeutic groups and in one to one counselling sessions.
She has also worked in secondary and primary schools as a counsellor.
Previously she taught in both primary and secondary schools, set up youth programmes, including peer led drug education programmes and worked as a foster carer for Greenwich and Surrey social services.
Roland Moodie is an experiened personal trainer, an artist and a designer maker.
He is ex-military and has worked with young people within social services
as well as helping people in a range of art workshops and personal training sessions.
Roland and Hilary's careers have shown them the importance of holistic programmes.
They believe that enabling individuals to learn about themselves, improve thinking patterns
and enjoy physical health all contribute to a long-term feeling of well being.
By combining physical and mental fitness we believe we address the whole person
and that this increases self-esteem and confidence, leading to broader life opportunities.
We are married and work in our own private gym and counselling space
and in a private woodland area in Horsmonden, West Kent
